CHOliday Stuffing

Ingredients

  • 1 C diced yellow onion
  • ½ C diced celery
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 ½ C (20 oz.) Plain 2% Chobani Greek Yogurt
  • ½ C chicken stock
  • 1 T oregano
  • 1 t thyme
  • 1 (14-oz) bag cubed stuffing
  • 1 T olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation

1. Preheat oven to 350°. Sauté onions, garlic and celery in olive oil over medium heat until tender. Add chicken stock and simmer until reduced by one-fourth.

2. Empty stuffing mix into a large bowl. Add onion and celery mixture, spices, salt, pepper and mix thoroughly. Let cool slightly before stirring in Chobani Greek Yogurt.

3. Spread in a 9” x13”pan and bake for about 20-25 minutes until browned on top.
