Cranberry Oatmeal Bars
Ingredients
- vegetable oil cooking spray
- 1 C all-purpose flour
- 1 C quick-cooking oats
- 1/2 C packed brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 3 Tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 3 Tbsp canola oil
- 3 Tbsp orange juice
- 1 1/3 C (about 6oz) dried cranberries
- 3/4 C Vanilla 0% Chobani Greek Yogurt
- 1/2 C sugar
- 2 Tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp grated orange zest
- 1 large egg white, lightly beaten

Preparation
Preheat oven to 325°F. Spray an 11 x 7-inch baking pan with cooking spray.
Whisk together flour, oats, sugar, salt, baking soda, and cinnamon in bowl. Drizzle butter, oil and orange juice over dry mixture, stirring until moistened and crumbly. Reserve 1/2 cup mixture. Press remaining oat mixture into the bottom of prepared pan.
Combine cranberries, Chobani, sugar, flour, zest, and egg white in medium bowl, stirring well. Spread cranberry mixture over prepared crust. Evenly sprinkle reserved oat mixture over filling. Bake for 40 minutes or until edges are golden. Cool completely in pan on a wire rack before slicing.
